Southern Cross Care Queensland, Brisbane
A change management program to build the change leadership skills amongst the executive staff and the managers of their 13 aged care facilities.


Power Tynan Accountants & Financial Services, Toowoomba
A change management consultancy focussed on creating a company restructure.  This included developing strategies and the new structure with the Board, and then launching this change to staff. We developed the senior and middle management teams within the new structure  to work as high performance teams (10 month program).


Swickers & SunPork Fresh Foods, Kingaroy
A management team development and strategy program was developed as a result of a business merger.  Middle managers and supervisors have been engaged in a business strategy program (8 month program).  A Staff Satisfaction Survey has been conducted with all staff as a source for creating business improvements (500 staff).


Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Gatton
Assisting the Executive Leadership Team and a team of Module/Change Champions to implement the required processes and change principles to plan an IT change, engage staff in the process, and help teams to implement the new Technology One software (6 month program).


Rio Tinto
Assisting the Health, Safety and Environment Committees to work more effectively together as a team.


Origin – AP LNG
Reviewing the senior project team’s performance, working with the team to build contractor relationships, and increase engagement from those in the team.


Isaac Regional Council, Moranbah, Central Queensland 
Developing the leadership and team skills of those in management positions, as well as with Councillors (6 month program).  We also developed a Supervisor Management Program (6 month program) to help all those in supervisory positions to better manage their teams.


Berlasco Court Aged Care, Brisbane
Assisting with the development of the management team in order to enhance their workplace culture by delivering a Certificate IV in Frontline Management program for care supervisors.


Bank of QLD, Brisbane
Change management consultancy to assist with an upcoming office relocation


Eagle Downs Coal, Central Queensland 
Building team relationships and developing team structures during the construction phase of the mine.


Adaptive Communities Project, Isaac Regional Council, Central Queensland
Change management and community consultation for mining communities, focussing primarily on style and placement of accommodation.


Cameron Pastoral Company, Goondiwindi
Change management consultancy to assist with a business acquisition and the formation of a new management team. A senior and middle management program was also developed to create a strategic business strategy and to develop the skills within the team to implement it effectively (8 month program).


Kaloma Home for the Aged, Goondiwindi
Assisting with the development of the management team in order to enhance their workplace culture by delivering a  Certificate IV in Frontline Management program for care supervisors.
