Tracy Cooper and Maria Nolan combined forces in 2001 to become the founding Directors of SeeChange Consulting. They have extensive experience working in the local government, rural, education, energy and mining sectors.                                                                          

Tracy is a facilitator and change specialist who combines theory and a proven practical approach to support teams to enhance their performance and produce results. Tracy has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Systems Agriculture) and has held previous positions in the Queensland Government focusing on adult education, extension and facilitation.

Maria is a facilitator and learning specialist. Maria has a unique ability to create learning environments so people not only enjoy learning but more importantly apply what they learn. Maria has a Diploma of Teaching and was a primary school teacher with Catholic Education for 10 years. During this time she held a variety of leadership positions including Assistant Principal. 

Tracy and Maria hold qualifications in Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Belbin Team Roles.

Before starting SeeChange, Tracy and Maria worked together as presenters for the Queensland Government's highly acclaimed Building Rural Leaders Program where they worked with people from a variety of sectors including state and local government, rural, small business, health and education.
